ncorporating the proven health benefits of nature immersion, I separately offer outdoor guided meditation experiences.
Encouraging community and men's mental health, I also lead a yearly men's meditation workshop.
My mission is to help others deepen their connection with themselves and their community, so that they may approach their personal and professional relationships with more intentionality, authenticity and compassion.
